Our Directors meet you and listen to you
When we understand your business and its requirements we produce tailor made proposals spanning the range of Banking services available. First we negotiate with your bankers to achieve real benefits. If necessary, we will introduce new banking relationships at the most senior level, enabling you to fulfil your business plan, liaising with you and keeping you fully informed at all times. You benefit from our Directors' expertise and the reputation we have established with UK and international banks and alternative financing sources.

New Loans
Where renegotiating existing arrangements cannot satisfy your requirements, we will introduce a new lender. Southern & Co., together with its sister company Southern Funding, annually negotiates new loans in excess of £400m - over 60% being repeat business for our existing clients.
